LAW ENFORCEMENT
As a law enforcement officer, you work as a team. That teamwork protects you from harm. When your employer questions your work or decision making, often a decision made in urgent situations, it places you on the outside of that team. Occasionally resulting in accidents. Don’t handle this alone. At the most critical time of your career, stay working with a team who focuses on your best interests by calling the Voyles Law Group.
FIREFIGHTERS
Firefighters work together, train together and even occasionally eat together. Your teamwork builds comradery and strength. Occasionally, when faced with a decision that you believe is best and not able to wait for orders through the chain of command, accidents can occur. Don’t try to handle this alone by answering questions without consulting with an attorney. At the most critical time of your career, stay working with a team who focuses on your best interests by calling the Voyles Law Group.
LITIGATION
Litigation includes, but is not limited to, felony or misdemeanor crimes, car accidents, unlawful discharge from employment, or even discrimination in the workplace. Some civil litigation, including but not limited to car accidents, never costs the client any money unless and until the Voyles Law Group recovers money for you. “We, along with our entire family, would like to thank Lando Voyles for the knowledge and compassion he selflessly rendered to our situation.
Lando was the only person who listened when no one else would. He saw our pain and fought for us, even when we were ready to give up.
Lando’s actions attest to his devoted character: when words would have sufficed, he showed up in person to stand next to us for support.
Lando, thank you for your exceptional legal guidance and unwavering support throughout our case. Your expertise and dedication brought us the desired outcome and will have a lasting impact on the rest of our lives. You significantly eased our burdens and we are truly grateful for your representation.
There is only one law firm we would recommend with the highest regards, Voyles Law Group PLLC.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
Lando Voyles is the founder of Voyles Law Group PLLC, a premier boutique law firm concentrating on litigation. Lando tried over one hundred cases to a jury. Most of those trials included homicide cases, gang cases, driving under the influence and even sex crime cases. Aside from the thousands of cases that Lando handled and oversaw as a prosecutor, Lando’s extensive experience in policies and procedures provides an understanding of best practices. This experience spans across an array of law enforcement responsibilities. Understanding why a policy is enacted allows Lando the ability to ensure fair treatment to all involved.
As the elected Pinal County Attorney, he spent a good portion of time lobbying in his official capacity. He worked closely with State Representatives and Senators, as well as with the US House Representatives and US Senators. He successfully worked with other elected officials to prevent and pass laws.
Lando taught trial skills, the Rules of Evidence, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law and ethics to other attorneys and criminal justice students. Teaching law to attorneys and criminal justice students requires staying apprised of the newest laws. Utilizing and training the latest techniques provides the opportunity to add creativity. This knowledge and creativity provide clients and victims of accidents with the best outcomes for their cases.
Overseeing criminal prosecutors and dozens of areas of civil law, including employment law, Lando created and oversaw ethics panels to place officers on Brady lists. Some areas where Lando served, required that he create a Brady list. This list creates a database of officers whose integrity failed, often ending that officer’s career. Understanding what it takes to end on that list allows Lando the ability to assist those who may get placed on there for an improper reason.
